How to get a job easy!!!
70About six months ago I lost my job because the company I worked for decided to to outsource their tech support to the Philippines. So I tried finding jobs anyway I could. I first started posting my résumé on websites, here are a couple of websites I used:
-
Craigslist.com
-
Monster.com
-
Indeed.com
-
Aerotek.com
Now I did receive several job openings with the first three websites but what I really wanted to talk about was Aerotek.com. It seemed to be the most affective and worked in the shortest amount of time. I simply posted my résumé on the website and called their local office and within twenty-four hours I had an an interview. Now with that said, let me give you some information about Aerotek:
-
One of the largest privately held staffing companies in the world, with $4.88 billion in revenues in 2009
-
Located in six countries around the world
-United States
-United Kingdom
-Puerto Rico
-Canada
-Germany
-Netherlands
What sets Aerotek apart in the staffing industry is our ability to provide staffing solutions tailored to each market we service. The most effective way to assist our customers and contract employees is to understand the industries you work in, including:
Now that we have some basic knowledge of Aerotek, I'll get back to my story. I went down to the local Aerotek office where i met with a recruiter to discuss my work experience and what type of job i feel confident and comfortable doing. I'm not lying when i say, the very next day I had an interview an extremely large financial institution.
Now Aerotek typically hires you as a contractor for that company, so you work for Aerotek but you get hands on experience and knowledge of the position that you want. Usually the contract can last anywhere from six months to a year, then you can apply directly to that company. Now i say this is the easiest way to get a job, because the whole training class that i got hired with was eventually hired directly to that company as an employee.
So please if you or your friend is having trouble finding a job, definitely try going to these website especially Aerotek.com and giving the local office a call.

I have applied to Aerotek. No interviews and the pay was not great. Monster and other job search engines gave up on me.
You must not have an advanced degree. You can't get a job with an advanced degree in this country. And I was willing to relocate to Western Europe but no such luck. Best of luck to you in all your endeavors.
